Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at support@vtoman.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our electronics service center.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the device in its original packaging including all cables and accessories, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the unit for functional integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
